Tatiana Pronina

Executive producer of LEAN-M.

Born on the 24th of December, 1967, in Moscow.

Graduated from a Moscow Radio and Apparatus Building Technical School of Radio and Communications, specializing in mathematics and computer science. Entered the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Automation. Worked in a Scientific Research Institute of Long-distance Radio Broadcasting as an engineer of radio electronic apparatus for six years.

— When there was Socialism I didn’t decide anything for myself, as many, of course. I graduated, they assigned me at a place to work. After the «perestroika» it became impossible to work in the Scientific Research Institute anymore — the salaries were tiny, no promises... And, as many people did back then, I decided to change my profession drastically.

From 1993 to 2005 worked at a «Pygmalion» Cinema company.

— I got into the cinema industry by accident. It turned out that the world of cinema is so attractive and thrilling that as soon as I found myself there — I understood that it’s forever. I even tried to free myself from it. My cooperation with «Pygmalion» began with my working as a secretary, and ended with my leaving as an economist.

Went to work for the LP Production Factory in 2005 as a senior economist, then became the head of the economics department. Since 2006 — executive producer at LEAN-M Production Company.

— Working at LEAN-M makes me a part of films production. I like production because you feel interrelation and collaboration all the time. You invest all your effort in the projects, and then you turn on the TV set and, by looking at the screen, you feel incredibly proud; you understand that all these sleepless nights, these fights, and sometimes even tears — they were not in vain.
